Question : My daughter is 14 years old having irregular periods her scan report shows cyst in ovaries can the capsules of furocyst help her and how she should take the capsules daily is there any side effects if she takes these capsules of furocyst

The presence of cysts in ovaries of your 14 yrs old daughter with irregular menses indicate that she is suffering from PCOS or polycystic ovarian syndrome. This can be controlled with medications, exercise and diet. Furocyst is a fenugreek extract and have been advised once a day dosage to be continued daily for PCOS under AYURVEDIC regimen.
