Question : I believe I have Peihrones disease. There is curvature and reduced size in my penis. Are there any cures or medicines I can take to stop and even reverse what is happening?

Yes, there are a few medications which have been used on treating the penile fibrotic plaque. The response with most of them is not been quantified. Surgery is definitive treatment and reserved where medication fails.

Medications like calcium channel blockers, pentoxifylline and Vit E are used. Some can see good result with one or a combination of these.

The treatment depends on the severity and duration. This can be assessed by a detailed clinical examination.
