Brief Answer:
Most likely Balanitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM,
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely Balanitis. This is usually caused by combined fungal and bacterial infection. The drugs given for this to you is proper.
Quadriderm RF covers bacterial as well as fungal infection and reduces inflammation. Oral antibiotic Mox CV covers the bacterial infection more effectively. Pantop is given to decrease stomach irritation from Mox CV and Allegra for decreasing itching. So you can continue all these.
If you upload a picture of the affected area then it will be more helpful to understand your problem effectively.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
