Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

You are describing a manic episode with psychotic features. This is a psychiatric emergency and needs immediate medical treatment. You need to call emergency services (911) immediately to be evaluated and treated by an in-person psychiatrist. With a combination of a mood stabilizer and an antipsychotic, you will feel better in about a week.
