Brief Answer:
You may be having cervical spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

After going through your query I concluded that you may be having cervical spondylitis (degerative spine). This can be cause of your pain and migraine etc. You can confirm it by x ray of cervical spine AP and lateral view and MRI of cervical spine to see compression. You have not mentioned your age and why your discs were replaced. Please let me know about these.

You are advised rest to neck and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Diacerine , Mecobalamine and glucosamine are helpful . You are advised not to use pillow during rest periods and sleep.

You can discuss with your Doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to me. I will be happy to help.

Wishing you a good health.

Take care.
