Question : Hello, Here are the symptoms. When I go for a walk, just after ten steps, I feel discomfort in the throat area, and the heart beet goes up, I can feel the artery on the left side of the throat going fast. If I stop for a five minutes,I can walk again with no problem. For a while the bloating is the problem, and it will not go away. I am diabetic and my A1C is 8. The BP. is OK.These days I feel week even with a short walk. I had colon checked and the doctor took care of benign polyps and mentioned, that I am fine. I had a stress test about four years ago, and nothing positive was found, I am again going for a stress test next month.
I remember in the spring time years ago, I had the same symptoms of weakness. When I feel week,I am out of breadth. I am seventy years old.
I have no family history of heart problems or the systems I described above. My dad had gout.
I thank you.

Brief Answer:
Go to ER / get examined - Heart need evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your symptoms do suggest Coronary Artery Disease (CAD).
This description is typical of heart pain… Angina / Walk through phenomenon

Go to ER
You need examination / ECG and Blood tests (cardiac markers)
If all are normal, you need to have Stress EKG (Treadmill Exercise EST – TMT), as early as feasible.

Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
Diagnosis demands examination; probably investigation too
GET EXAMINED

You SHOULD SEE YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...
n suspected heart attack, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE – if detected early, an attack may even be aborted / the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably.
Better be safe than sorry - treated if a problem is found / Happy, if it turns out otherwise

Long term sugar control is not optimal… but that is not an emergency for now.

Good luck
God bless you
