Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Depression

I'm a 35 year old single mom of two. Neither of the father's are in the picture and the only help I did have was my mom which now is fighting two different types of aggressive cancers. I'm really feeling a lot of pressure and stress lately as I don't know how I'm going to juggle my job and children with no help, as my work schedule conflicts with their school schedule. All the rest of my family has passed. Also, my youngest daughter has severe adhd even the medication doesn't help much. I'm so stressed all I do is cry and feel like giving up. I don't have the time to even see a doctor or get help. Do you have any suggestioms?

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.
It sounds to me like you are experiencing clinical depression. This is a highly treatable condition. I strongly recommend visiting a doctor to consider treatment with an SSRI antidepressant such as escitalopram or sertraline. Ignoring this will only make it worse -- you can feel better, but you need to seek treatment now.
Yoga and guided meditation aer also helpful in dealing with stress. These are easily available on youtube and help in raising your energy to fight with daily stressors.
