Question : Hello, My husband has been having very sensitive/painful skin throughout his body, mainly on back though. Has been dizzy and feel pretty spaced out, and somewhat sensitive to light. Now today, he got sick and started vomiting. His mother has fibromyalgia, so we thought maybe that could be a possibility. Overall, he's in good condition, but starting to get worried about this. We are business owners and he's been stressed out, so I am sure that it not helping. Any advice would be helpful. We do not have health insurance so he is wanting to wait for a day or so to see how it plays out.

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The complains are suggestive of fibromyalgia with back predominance.
You should get investigated like ESR, CRP, vitamin B 12, vitamin D, Thyroid profile, renal function and liver function test.

Visit to a doctor will rule out any other diagnosis on examination.
Treatment comprises of anxiolytics.
You can take Amitryptiline, Sertraline, Pregabalin or Gabapentin along with S- methyladenosine after proper prescription by your local physician.

Milnacipran is also used in fibromyalgia.
Behavioral therapy, relaxation exercises, massage also helps.
