Brief Answer:
Sudafed and Lemsip can raise blood pressure
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Sudafed contains pseudoephedrine and lemsip contains phenyephrine. Both can raise the blood pressure and would not be advisable if your BP is not well controlled.
You could use a simple antihistamine without pseudoephedrine and use nasal decongestant drops which will not produce much systemic side effect like psudoephedrine and paracetamol for any body ache or fever.
Wish you a quick recovery
