Question : I keep getting these things on my tailbone and perineum another doctor says its folliculitis could this be it? they don't itch or hurt or anything

I can tell that it is nothing abnormal in that area and for sure nothing to worry about.
The tiny bumps that you might feel, might just be skin irritation due to hair removing.The skin in this area is very sensitive and can be irritated quickly.
They also might be just ingrown hair or slight inflammation of hair follicle.
These are very common and since you don't have any kind of discomfort like pain, itching or discharge , you have nothing to worry about.
