Brief Answer:
Frontal Sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. From your description, this seems to be frontal sinusitis.

2. A course of medication including anti allergic decongestants, anti inflammatory medication, steam inhalation and decongestant nasal drops should be taken. Later nasal steroid sprays and hypertonic saline nasal washes may be started.

3. If there is no relief even after 6 to 8 weeks of medical treatment a plain Sinus CT scan should be done. A neurology opinion regarding migraine should be taken, especially if the Sinus CT is normal.

4. Endoscopic sinus surgery or Balloon Sinuplasty may be considered.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
