Brief Answer:
elevation in these enzymes suggest liver cell injury

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm.

I can understand your concerns.

Elevation in sgot and ggt suggest liver cell inflammation that is hepatitis

Have you gone for ultarsound abdomen for liver. There can be fatty liver because of which these can be elevated. Since you have elevated cholesterol and triglyceride there is high chance that liver may be fatty. So get an ultrasound to check that.

There are many reasons for elevation of these enzymes like viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis etc. So get test for hepatitis B ( HBsAg), Anti HCV ab for hepatitis C and ANA for autoimmune heaptitis.

And among the medicines take tablet udiliv 300mg twice a day and capsule evion 400mg od. Do regular exercise. Do reduce your weight by diet if you are overweight or obese. Take diet rich in fruits and vegetables as they are rich in antioxidants.

I hope I have answered your query and tgis will help you. Wish you a good health.
