Question : I have had a bump on my inner labor for a few days now. It hurts when I touch it. I popped it yesterday after having to use a good amout of force. A little white stuff came out with clear and blood. It felt better. Then it was puffy again lastnight so I took a hot bath. After It looked like it needed to be popped again so I did. At first it was clear liquid and blood a then deeper with more force I got a small hard white nodule. I have no other symptoms. And it doesn't look like herpes... Could it still be?!

The lesion is likely to be folliculitis, exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. Possibility of infected bartholin cyst also needs to be considered.

I would suggest you the following

1. Hot water fomentation: Local application of hot water fomentation using cloth soaked in hot water will be helpful

2. Local application of antibiotic ointment

3. Antinflammatory like Ibuprofen will be helpful

4. Antibiotic like Amoxicillin thrice a day for 5 days

What a relief!!!Would this be from sweating while i workout and shaving? I try to shower right away after.
