Question : Hi Doctor, my 9 months old kid is most likely bitten by spider or some insect. We are applying anti septic cream but no luck after 2 days. It is spreading. Please suggest.

Brief Answer:
Insect bite associated dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your question and the attached image. Don't worry. It looks like insect bite associated dermatitis. You may apply calamine lotion thrice daily and desowen ointment once a day on the affected skin for relief. Hopefully it will improve within 2-3 days.

If it doesn't show any improvement in next 3 days then visit a dermatologist for clinical evaluation to rule out bacterial or viral infection.

Take care
