Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Over Active Bladder Syndrome .
Normally one gets sensation to pass urine when b;adder getss filled up with 300 ml of urine but in OAB syndrome there are involuntary contractions of bladder even when it is filled up with small quantity of urine causing urge to pass urine and frequency for urination .
Take anti -muscuranic drug like Darifenacin once daily This will help to reduce urge to pass urine .
As regards pain in stomach and flatulence it is mostly due to Gastritis .
Taking H2 receptor antagonist like Pantaprozole twice daily will relieve symptoms like pain and dyspepsia .
Avoid spicy food and aerated beverages and coffee which stimulate acid secretion by gastric mucosa.
Take 4-5 small meals instead of two full meals
Include more milk ,butter milk and curd in your diet .These are known to have natural antacid action .
