Brief Answer:
This can be peripheral neuropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that this feeling can be a sign of early peripheral neuropathy , Since all your other testing is normal this remains the most probable thing. Also i would like to know your blood sugar status .

Your doctor is right in saying that your derangement in creatinine and gfr seems to age related only . Get your vitamin B12 levels checked also. If this seems hectic you can take the supplement also . Also take one multivitamin b complex daily . It may help with your symptoms . Any other query please feel free to ask.

Take care.
