Question : I have the half of a sort of sausage (about as thick as a finger) stuck in my rectum. Is it possible for it to come out naturally?

Hi, I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you. The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of rectal prolapse or polyp. The point is both are a part of the intestine till corrected. So I won't suggest removing them. Not yourself at least. It will need a surgical correction. So please meet a surgeon.
