Question : I believe i am suffering from Schizophrenia.
Mind completely blocked
Hypothetical thoughts coming
noting everything around me
No sleep at all
somebody want to kill me or vice - versa
over excessive sexual thoughts every time

Schizophrenia is a chronic and serious psychiatric illness. it makes patients fearfull and creates unusual experiences like in your case.

It is treated by antipsychotic medicines. Are you taking any medicines? If not then you can meet me or nearby psychiatrist. Treatment lead to improvement in fear and sleep.

In schizophrenia starting dose of medicines like Olanzapine 5mg (Oleanz) in night is helpful, but given after doctor evaluation only.

For medicine doctor written prescription is needed, which is issued after in-person evaluation by doctor. For that you can meet me (if you are living in XXXXXXX NCR) or nearby psychiatrist.
