Brief Answer:
Treatment detailed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
I assume the symptoms you are talking about are - nausea, vomiting, loose motions.
First and foremost, drink lots of fluids.
Atleast 5 litres per day, to avoid dehydration.
Take lots of hot soup, broth, boiled water, juices.
Eat small frequent meals - porridge, gruel ( home made, hot food that is fresh ) .
AVoid greasy and spicy food and take - aways or eating outside.
Take probiotic sachets, they will speed up recovery, as will curd and yoghurt.
Take lots of rest.
The flu should pass off in a couple of days, if it does not, please get a stool culture to rule out bacterial infection and need for antibiotics.
Keep yourself warm and comfortable.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
