Brief Answer:
seems like you're having infection of Urethra (urethritis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query,

Redness of urethra with itching and burning while urinating is mostly due to inflammation of Urethra (Urethritis).

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime 200mg twice daily along with anti-inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for next 5 days along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily (you may need to obtain the necessary prescription from your local physician).

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Hope I have answered your query, please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you.

Thanks and Regards.
Dr.Patil.
