Question : Iam 56 years old and early in the morning lying on the bed I felt my eyes are spinning and was unable to walk properly with out support this lasted for 20 to 30 minutes.After that accompanied by loose motions about three times.till now there is no hearing disorder and no vomitings
Please tell me what is the cause and which specialist doctor should I consult.

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
There can be possibility of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo or vestibular neuronitis. Other possibility may be transient ischaemic attacks.
You should get evaluated by a neurologist for examination and investigation.
For treatment, I advise in my patients vertin or dizitac.
Is there any history of stroke, diabetes, hypertension, cardiac illness or previous transient ischaemic attacks.
