Question : I have cracked bones in my tailbone area. Other than narcotics, who at can I do to ease the terrible pain?

Hello,
THanks for using healthcare magic. Tail bone pain or coccydynia is very terrible condition and I have full sympathy with you. Since you already tried narcotics pain killer I have few safe suggestions for you. Narcotics are habbit forming and have serious side effects.
1.Sit in gentle warm water daily to take hot water fomentation.
2.Tablet Etoricoxib one daily.
3.Avoid sitting for long hours and use ring shape cushion to take care of that.
4.If there is still pain then steroid injection can be applied in tail bone.
