Question : I have been abstentante from sec for four years.....i recently engaged in vigorous sexual activity for a week straight....three days in i developed small tears on the underside of my pension....and a larger inch long tear on the right side.
I am a 38 years old and am wondering if this is normal....i have had a clean XXXXXXX of health delivered twice as demanded by my employer and yes hsv1 and 2 clear. Is this normal? The smaller ones healed in a day but the larger one on the right side continues to be a nuisance.

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
It seems you have developed these tears due to excessive friction during intercourse.
Its pretty common to develop frenulum tear after intense sexual activity.
I would suggest you take 5 day course of oral antibiotics like cefadroxil 500mg twice a day and apply antibiotic cream like Mupirocin thrice a day.
Avoid any intercourse or masturbation till the complete healing of tears.

But this is normal? I hate going to the doctor...i really need antibiotics? I have read online bout horror stories with dormant viruses.....male yeast infections etc?
