Question: my husband develops multiple skin tears on the scrotum,he have diabetes,he taking Jardiance po tbl,Metformin HCL 500 mg po and Tresiba sc daily ,what treatment required ?

Your husband who is known to be diabetic and taking anti diabetic drugs along with Insulin and has developed cracks in scrotal skin .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is the diabetes under control?
2) Does be have sweating in groin and scrotum,?
3) Is there itching of scrotum

Tears in scrotum could be due to infection of scrotal skin which is known side effect of side effect of Empagliflozin (Jardiance).

You can try topical steroid cream for local application over scrotum until you see a dermatologist. Ensure to wash genitals with warm water twice daily .
