I do not have pain or click it when opening it . I haven't had any dental work recently. I have borderline high blood pressure but do not take meds for it. I take low estrogen birth Control. I don't really feel tired when chewing. I don't feel a dull headache but I occasionally wake up with headaches. they go away with advil.

Brief Answer:
seems more likely to Bruxism .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Welcome again .

I have gone through your answers . As far as tiredness of cheek and jaw bone is concerned this can be due to Bruxism ( habit of clenching and grinding of teeth ) . See XXXXXXX ridpath bruxism is associated with stress and symptoms commonly associated with bruxism is tiredness and soreness of facial muscles , loss of enamel of teeth (attrition) . Bruxism is treated with appliance known as mouthguard .
For this I will suggest you to consult good oral surgeon for clinical examination of oral cavity and facial muscles . Inmeantime avoid taking any type of stress ,anxiety , aggression or anger .Take complete rest . Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day . Maintain good oral hygiene . Do hot formentation of cheeks and jaw .
