Suggest Treatment For Tenderness In The Testicles

MAYBE A LOCALISED SWELLING OR INFECTION
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for posting your query in Healthcaremagic.com.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.
You have a complain regarding localised pain in testis going to the right side of belly what we call as a loin to groin pain. It may be an abdominal problem or a pelvic problem.
Abdominal problems can be like stones in kidney or ureter or maybe small hernia continuing to the testis.
Pelvic problems can be inflammation or infection like epididymitis or orchitis or a small cystlike swelling.
If the pain is not very severe as you have said, it can be a low grade infection or a longstanding small swelling. You have said that ultrasound reports were normal. It can be normal if it is a low grade infection or a very small cyst. Your doctor must have done a blood test and an urine analysis with the ultrasound but you should repeat them now. Also get an urine culture done.
So I would suggest the following-
Repeat USG, urine and blood tests.
Mild painkiller tablets when needed.
Antibiotic course with levofloxacin thrice daily for 5 days.
If this time also, the tests come as normal then you should not worry. It might be a small swelling or small cyst which can be present without any side effects. I would not advise any surgical manipulation but it would be better to be under regular checkup only.
Hope I have answered your question.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Okay thank you for the information.
But if your tests were done more than 6 months ago, you should repeat them. There might be changes lately.
