Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you might be having a problem called tennis elbow. In this there is pain at elbow in lifting objects and some time during rest also.
I would suggest you to follow these steps.
1. Hot water fomentation
2.Tennis elbow band can be applied.
3. Tablet Etorixoxib one daily.
4. continue local ointment application twice daily.
5. Steroid injection if above mentioned drugs not work
