Brief Answer:
It is normal reaction for few days

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.

I feel sorry to hear that.

The anxiety symptoms are common after death of loved ones, immediate reactions include crying, difficulty in breathing, sweating, increased heart beat, begging for the return of lost, dizziness, fainting. These all are due to emotional trauma that has occurred to a person.

May I know, How many days before your mother died? These reactions are usually short lasting. They wont continue for long [more than 7 to 10 days]. Prolonged grief is nowadays classified as a psychiatric illness which needs professional help.

Here, I can say that whatever you are experiencing is anxiety symptoms due to thoughts in your mind about your family's future.

If these symptoms are very intense than I will suggest you to visit a Psychiatrist and undergo some short of treatment. You can also visit a psychologist and undergo grief counselling.

Meanwhile with the permission of a doctor you can take anxiolytic medications to relieve the symptoms.

I hope this will help you. If you have further query feel free to ask. Wishing you good health.
