Detailed Answer:
Brief-Ans-Testicular Swelling with vein Pain/Under Investigation

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Studied your query in full depth of its details.Reviewed it in context of your health concerns.

My POINT TO POIN replies to your queries are as follows-

-What to do?
Wear Tight Ugies/or Scrotal supports

-which doctor to go?
Check with Surgeon.
Get the USG done

-What is the treatment?
Take Tab-Voltaren with Paracetamol(Dicloran-A)1 tab x 2 times a day with Gp doctor script.
And plan further treat with your doctor there.

Remedy plan-
If the swelling still persists after the medicines for 5 days of treatment.
Revisit Surgeon and re-evaluate for further possibilities of -
-Hydrocele-which could be treated by-Hydrocelectom- Excision of Hydorocele Sac.
The vein pain may be due to the traction of the spermatic cord by testes swelling.
-Possibility of Varicocele by USG study of the testicular cord/or Spermatic cord is needful in your case.

Hope this reply would satisfy you and would help you to plan further treatment
with your doctor there.

Welcome any further query in this regard, which would be replied in next session.
