Question : My lower legs are blotchy and very itchy? No pain!
The blotchy is red marks that are itchy. I have tried standard lotion but not any other than that.

Brief Answer:

Topical steroid and oral antihistamine.

Detailed Answer:

Hi!

OK. Fine. Continue with Claritin for a few days. You may take it twice daily.

In addition you may also use a topical steroid e.g Cortisone cream, twice daily. Cortisone cream is available over the counter.

If it still doesn't get better you may upload a few images in the "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look and guide you better.

Hope this helps!

Dr. Kakkar S., Dermatologist
