The mild protrusion of the collar bone that you are feeling is not likely to be related to the higher levels of the thyroid hormone. The protrusion can be due to enlarged lymph nodes of the neck or due to muscle stiffness. You can get an ultrasound scan or MRI scan of the neck done to find out any lumps or abnormalities in the area causing the protrusion.
