Question : i am currently undergoing treatment to a recurrent uti , i am on amikacin iv injection, the uti is better, however i am constantly having this urge to pee all the time, even after emptying the bladder i feel that there is more, the flow is also normal, without any pain, please sugesst

Based upon your symptoms, Urinary incontinence and Urinary retention should be ruled out. Investigations like uroflometry, urodyanamic studies may be needed apart from a thorough physical examination.
