Brief Answer:
Can be hormonal problems or nutritional.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to hormonal reasons like high DHT level in scalp or nutritional deficiency like Iron or metabolic problems like hypothyroidism.
So you can do a blood routine, Iron profile and thyroid profile to rule out those. If these are clear then problems like PCOD should be ruled out by consulting a Gynecologist. She may do an ultrasound examination and hormone analysis for this.
In case of any deficiencies or hypothyroidism by supplementation it can be cleared. If there is hormonal problems which cause high DHT in scalp then using ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly, taking hairgrow supplements containing saw palmetto , biotin and other essential nutrients , using minoxidil solution daily etc will be helpful to normalize your hair.
A consultation with dermatologist with regular follow up is well appreciated.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks
