Question : What will help my hair that is thinning from taking topomax 150 mg I will go bald by the end of the week I'm afraid what can I.take to help my hair please help

I am sorry to hear that you are losing your hair from Topamax. This is called alopecia and it is listed as a side effect from Topamax. The alopecia can be stopped if you stop the topamax but you will need to discuss this with your doctor before you stop. Once you stop the topamax your hair will regrow. You can try using rogaine shampoo over the counter. It may slow down and stop your hair loss. As long as you use the Rogaine you can reduce your hair loss. There are no other preparations available that will reduce alopecia
