Question: Hi, i had a throat infection and slowley become converted to cold and slight caulf. Now also started body pains. Can pl suggest medicine. No fever

From the history it seems you have had a throat infection but not sure whether you were prescribed antibiotics or not?
Well, if you do not have fever, slight cough without sputum, no chest pain, etc.
you may take the following medicines orally:
Paracetamol, Levocetrizine, and Chewable Vitamin C.
Take plenty of oral fluids.
