Question : HI I am 27 years old male. working in night shifts from last week i had throat infection. initially i opted for PCM & cetirizine it showed some effect but didn't prolong. Now i am on AZAX 500( already taken 1 dose) and Torex- BR syrup. but still under effect of cold , fever , cough , headache. Any suggestions

The medication you have started is correct. Continue it as advised by the doctor.

But for faster recovery you need to do warm saline gargles and steam inhalation, 3-4 times a day too. This will help cure your sore throat and open your sinuses faster.

Also avoid oily and cold foods till you get cured.
