Suggest Treatment For Throat Infection, Fever And Blocked Nose

Question: Hi ,
Since yesterday my wife is having this problem which seems like throat infection. Symptoms being: itchy throat,runny and blocked nose, fever (99.5 - 100) and lots of continuous sneezing once started.
Some extra info: She has Sinus and also she is allergic (eosinophils - 11.6). So far just took paracetamol for fever and some XXXXXXX warm water gargle.

All her symptoms suggest mostly upper respiratory tract infection.
Suggestions:
Steam inhalation thrice a day. She can use vicks vapo rub.
Nasoclear nasal saline drops instill 2 drops in each nostril as many as times.
I also suggest her paracetamol with antihistamine combination medication like Sinarest twice a day.
Continue salt water gargles.
If she will not feel better after 3 days then she should visit doctor to start antibiotics.
