Brief Answer:
you may be having a throat infection!

Detailed Answer:
Hello

from your complaints it looks like that you may be having a throat infection , which will cause swelling of the lining of the throat. This swelling may be causing the lumpy feeling which you are having.

please dont worry , just avoid spicy and cold food and start gargling with warm salt water 2-3 times a day.

The feeling should subside in 2-3 days and if it does not subside , then i would like you to meet your ent doctor , who will examine you and guide you further.

Take care!
