Question : Hi Doctor,
3 days before when I woke up in the morning, my throat was having pain, seemes liked caught. Later during the day I got running nose, sneezing a lot. By the evening I felt my body was hot due to fever but it was mild. I took rest that night. Currenlty my throat seems ok, sneezing stopped, I have mild cold but mild fever is still there. I am eating ok but from today afternoon I feel little heaviness in my head. Please suggest me medication.

The heavy sensation is likely due to congestion of the sinuses. This can occur with any cough/cold infection since the sinuses are part of the respiratory tract.
The use of an anti histamine/ decongestant combination would help to relieve this congestion.
A topical decongestant to the nose, if this is blocked , would also help.
Oral antihistamine/decongestant combinations are available over the counter. eg benadryl decongestant or allegra d or zyrtec d or claritine d or actifed cold/sinus
One of these should be available at your local pharmacy.
Paracetamol or ibuprofen can be used to help with the fever and any discomfort that you may have
Fluids and rest are also important
