This could be due to upper respiratory infection

Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
This could be upper respiratory tract infection.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics.
2) Analgesic like tablet paracetamol or ibuprofen for pain.
3) Salt water gargling. Add a pinch of salt to a glass of warm water.
4) Avoid smoking. If you don't have this habit, kindly ignore this suggestion.
