Question : I have a throat pain since morning.

Please gargle with warm salt water
Detailed Answer:
Hello
The commonest cause for throat pain is a viral infection and this can mostly be managed with warm salt water gargles and tablet paracetamol 500mg for the pain.
If you have fever or yellow coloured sputum then you may need to start antibiotics. in my patients I would normally start tablet azithromycin 500 mg once a day for 3 days.
If you have acidity problem then you can take tablet omeprazple 20mg twice a day.
