Brief Answer:
Anal fissure due to hard stools

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows :
1.You are reproting to have anal pain and hard stools.
To my opinion your symptoms are related with anal fissure due to hard stools and constipation
2. If I were your treating doctor I would recommend using Preparation H to help relieve anal pain.
Meantime I suggest to avoid constipation by using:
- plenty of water
- olive oil 3 teaspoons per day
- vegetables and friuts reached in fibers
- Duhpalac 2-3 teaspoons per day.
Increasing physical activity and avoiding unnecessary stress will help you to avoid constipation and hard stools.
If your symptoms still persist after a 2-3 weeks than I suggest to do colonoscopy to better evaluate large bowel.

Hope it was helpful to you.
