Brief Answer:
You don't have a thrombosed vein.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Your penile vein isn't thrombosed, to warrant treatment.
Heparin ointment and gel is applied over veins, which're thrombosed.
Once thrombosed, the vein will be painful, swollen and it'll be tender to touch.
During erection,it'll be very painful as it get's stretched.
You've yourself said, you don't experience any of that.

You've sent me a snap, which clearly shows it to be a mildly prominent one only.
You're very self conscious,which you shouldn't be.
It's only the cosmetic look you're worried about. Forget it and relax.

Wish you well.

Thank you! It isn't the look, it's the feel...it is very hard when erect.

Do you think this will always be there? Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Hard feel is due to a resolving thrombosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
The hard feel with erection is probably a resolving thrombosis in the vein.
But you don't need to worry about it, as you're able to get a good erection, without any pain.
That's one of the main features in thrombosis.
Hope you're more relaxed now.
Just wait and let nature do all the healing, in some more time.
Wish you well.
