Brief Answer:
please start psychitric treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello
It is quite common to find mood disorders associated with thyroid imbalance. Usually a psychiatrist is able to handle both situations adequately and successfully. Your wife is taking eltroxin for throid diturbance. Now she should be evaluated and treated for her psychiatric complaints.
Please take her to meet a pstchiatrist and get her evaluated in detail and start the medicines accordingly. The medicines are very good these days and will help you a lot in making her better.
You may tell her symptoms and mood complaints in detail and I can also guide you with appropriate treatment plan.

I hope the reply is helpful for you
