Question : No matter what I eat, I get tightness in my stomach. It hurts when I press my belly button. Any ideas?

I appreciate your concern

Based upon your description , its most likely due to Irritable bowel syndrome. Dyspepsia/ GERD, Bacterial over growth and diverticulitis or appendicitis in its initial stages can also be possibilities. However , it would require a physical exam to look for any rebound tenderness, guarding and rigidity of the abdomen to rule out acute abdomen/peritonitis. Empirically, anti spasmodic medication like buscopan and PPIs like esomeprazole can be advised. Mebeverine, sucralfate and fiber supplementation can also be advised to control IBS symptoms. If constipation is present then stool softeners and pro kinetic medication like metoclopramide can be advised.
