Question: I have tingling, numbness, and burning in my hands and feet with lots of dryness in my hands and also prostate issues. No doctors including neurologists, urologists, primary care doctors, chiropractors, psychiatrists, etc., can figure out what my problem is. Could someone help me identify the issues so I can at least know what is going on?

Brief Answer:
Probably neuropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Symptoms you describe are more consistent with peripheral neuropathy.

This condition may be conseguence of many damaging factors and these include bacterial or viral infections, drugs side effects, diabetes, vitamin B 6 deficiency or high levels of it, etc.

If you like to share any other information or examinations you underwent, could help in understanding better your condition.

A nerve conduction study ( EMG) is essential in diagnosis.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
