Question: Yes:
For some reason in the evenings mainly my hands tingle and itch and also my feet itch mostly on the tops and this has been going on for over a year. There is no redness or bites of any kind. Could it be an allergy from one of the medicines I take?

Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to nerve compression

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I am certain that you are having a nerve compression somewhere. There is a syndrome called carpal tunnel syndrome where a nerve supplying the hands, gets compressed, and tingling and numbness results. Hot compress over the wrists could help in reducing the associated edema and thereby the tingling. I do not think that allergy has anything to do with it.

The confirmation can be obtained after clinical evaluation as well as certain tests like EMG and NCV (electro myogram and nerve conduction velocity, especially the latter). Medication is unlikely to help but you can take vitamin B supplements and see if it is
