Brief Answer:
Vitamin B12 and D deficiency can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency can be the reason. For vegan diets this is common and the symptoms you mention matches also.
You can go for testing vitamin B12 and D levels in blood. If it is low then taking supplements of those will be helpful to clear this problem.
Vegan diets are deficient in vitamin b12 as well as vitamin D. If there is no proper sunlight exposure also then vitamin D deficiency will be sure.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
