Question : I am a 36 year old male with tingling and numbness in my hands and feet- usually worse at night. Now my head is becoming involved ,especially my neck and behind my ears. I take no meds and am considered obese

There are certain medical conditions that cause tingling and numbness in hands and feet.

I suggest you the following examinations :
- A complete blood count
- Glicemia level
- Vitamin level to confirm If there is a vitamin deficiency

Diabetes neuropathy is a very common cause of your symptoms.

I suggest you to do these examinations as soon as possible for proper diagnosis and treatment.
