
Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In The Arms

Question: My wrist has been bothering me occasionally hurting but recently tingling along with the same sensation up my arm
I had it x-rayed and an ultra sound done and they came back negative.
I am thinking my problem is coming from my back and further treatments with a chiropractor could help or even the message therapist.

You could be having Cervical spondylosis which is pinching a nerve at the back of the neck. This can be a cause of radiating pain to the arm.
Avoid neck bending forward and lifting weights. Avoid using thick pillow while sleeping.
Apply hot packs to the affected region.
Very an Xray of the cervical spine.
Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days and Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day before meals for 5 days.
Get TENS therapy to the back of the neck.

I actually wonder if it is coming from my shoulder blade as it feels uncomfortable?
